Atchie Bernstein
Fertility awareness educator, holistic reproductive health practitioner, and an occupational therapist. Her passion lies in providing space for folx to discover that they really do have full agency over their bodies, especially when it comes to managing the variety of experiences that arise from having a womb.
Atchie provides education to teens and adults about how to understand their cycles and seasons their body’s go through from first period to last and how to feel completely autonomous in the management of their fertility across all intentions; avoiding pregnancy, navigating fertility challenging, planning to conceive, or resolving cycle or womb symptoms.
Sharing this info with as many people as possible lights her fire and she is stoked to build community around holistically supporting women and people with wombs through a many avenues as possible.

Alanna DeSalvo
Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Nutrition Practitioner and enthusiast of all things food.
Unlike fad diets, Alanna helps you understand your body so that you can start working with it, not against it.

Dr. Ilana Harms
DAIM, Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM)®, L.Ac. is a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Acupuncturist in California. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine and prioritizes patient education, empowerment, and agency as core values in her work.
Dr. Harms owns Ilana Harms Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, a private practice in Oakland with a focus on chronic conditions and reproductive health. She brings straight-talk, curiosity, and compassion to each patient visit.
Her Doctoral Thesis focused on using Traditional East Asian Medicine to support pregnancy loss experiences. She champions bodily autonomy and reproductive sovereignty through all phases of life.
When not at work, Dr. Harms love reading, great coffee, and Bay Area adventures with her partner and daughter.

Dr. Karah Charette
Doctor of physical therapy specializing in pelvic health.
Karah attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Dance. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
A dancer for more than 20 years, Karah believes in the power of movement and its connection to expression and the human experience. Karah is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher after doing a training in Thailand based in Ashtanga Vinyasa styled flow. She is certified in Pilates mat and reformer techniques.
Karah is currently studying Body-Mind Centering with Mary Lou Seereiter and is Polyvagal informed in her practice. Karah co-owns a private practice in Oakland called Bodyful Physical Therapy and Wellness with a focus on somatic pelvic health.

Sophia Lopez
Herbalist, bodyworker, and full circle womb guide (aka full spectrum doula,) weaving these three threads into her healing basket of offerings. She is a medicine maker, keeping an extensive apothecary, and an educator teaching a variety of herbal and womb care classes.
As a womb guide she supports people through all reproductive experiences and rites of passage with a deep passion for holistic abortion support and contraceptive practices that integrate herbs as our trusted ancestral allies.
